My name is Eugenia Maister. On March 25, 2010 our son Serezha
received a terrifying diagnosis: acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Our
life turned around then. Before he got sick, Serezha took taekwondo
and was the best student in the 1st grade of school #14 in Vyborg. He
always enjoyed putting together models and construction sets. Now he
needs to live in a hospital and undergo harsh chemotherapy.
Afterwards, Serezha will have to face another challenge: bone marrow
transplantation. Aside from the fear for our son's life, for worries
about his treatment tolerance and whether he will have the strength to
fight his disease, our hearts are breaking because we never managed to
raise the required amount.
The donor search costs 15,000 euros, and delivery of transplant costs
another 2,500 euros. We raised part of the money, and the Russian
Help Fund raised another portion for us. As of today, we lack 2,500
euros. In addition, our son needs Vfend. Each week he needs one
package that costs 30,000 rubles.
My husband works as a master in Vysotsk port. I am on maternity leave
(our daughter Sofia is 8 months old). We cannot cope on our own.
Please help us save our son's life!

A donor for Serezha was found, and transplantation was scheduled for August 26th.
Prior to that date, Serezha needs to undergo dental treatment and be examined
by otolaryngologist.
